Behind every project, there are us, people who live their work with genuine passion
At Martex, we believe that the true value of a company lies in its people. Every day, we work together by placing relationships, listening and collaboration at the centre, because it is the connections between those who share goals and responsibilities that make a solid and coherent journey possible. At the core of our way of working is respect: for skills, for ideas and for the contribution that each person brings. We want Martex to be a place where people feel actively involved, engaged and recognised, in a positive and constructive environment where dialogue is open and focused on finding solutions. We believe in an inclusive corporate culture, capable of valuing differences and turning them into a strength, fostering participation and a sense of belonging. For us, working also means sharing a journey: building trust, working with care and responsibility, growing as a team and facing daily challenges together. Would you like to be part of Martex?
TRAINING AND GROWTH
At Martex, we believe that the growth of the company starts with the growth of its people. For this reason, we are committed to offering our collaborators concrete opportunities for training and continuous development, with the aim of strengthening skills, enhancing know-how and valuing each individual’s potential.
Through training programmes, courses and internal knowledge-sharing moments, we support the professional development of our people in line with present needs and the challenges of tomorrow’s market.
Investing in training means building long-term value: for those who work with us, for teams and for the organisation as a whole, fostering an increasingly solid, aware and improvement-oriented corporate culture.
HUMAN INTELLIGENCE
Every new creation is born from reflection on how work is changing and from the real needs of people. Technique, taste and vision come together in a balance that results in forms and solutions designed for those who will inhabit the spaces. In a world driven by data and artificial intelligence, we believe in the value of human intelligence: the ability to observe, interpret and imagine. It is what allows us to grasp nuances, understand implicit needs and transform insights into environments that enhance the quality of everyday experience.
