PRIVACY POLICY STATEMENT

Martex SpA, with registered office in Prata di Pordenone (PN), Italy, in Via Sagree no.  19, tel. +39 0434.602310, email info@martex.it, as the Data Controller (hereinafter referred to as the “Data Controller”), issues this Privacy Policy to the data subject in compliance with the applicable European and Italian regulations on personal data protection.

This Privacy Policy Statement complements and integrates the Website Use Privacy Policy, for the purpose of illustrating to the User how the Data Controller shall specifically process the data entered in this contact form. We therefore invite you to refer to our Privacy Policy available here.

 

Purpose and legal basis of data processing

The Data Controller shall process your personal data for various purposes:

  • respond to requests submitted through this form, for example to obtain information about its products or services (including sending brochures, catalogues and/or other information materials relating to the Company), to obtain a quotation, etc.; in this case, your specific consent is not required because the data processing is necessary to provide feedback to such requests;
  • use of the email address of the data subject to carry out opinion and satisfaction surveys, send commercial communications containing information on the company’s products or services, as well as on promotions or invitations to events in which the Data Controller will participate; for this purpose, the express consent of the data subject is required.

Data retention period

The Data Controller intends to process the data in accordance with the following time-based criteria:

  • if data was requested, such data shall be processed for the time strictly necessary to reply to the data subject’s request; if a quotation was requested, the data shall be processed for a maximum period equal to twice the effectiveness period of the offer, without prejudice to an additional retention period for the time necessary for the definition of any potential disputes;
  • for the purposes set out in point 2), the data shall be processed for a period of 24 (twenty four) months from the issue of consent; the data subject may, at any time, revoke his/her consent or object to the processing of their personal data.

Provision of data and consequences of refusal

The provision of your personal data for the purposes referred to in point 1) is necessary. Any refusal to supply such data, in whole or in part, may result in the impossibility for the Data Controller to pursue the abovementioned purposes. The provision of your personal data for additional purposes is optional. If such data is not provided, the Data Controller shall not be able to carry out the corresponding activities, but shall nevertheless be entitled to pursue the purposes referred to in point 1).

Categories of recipients

The Data Controller shall not disseminate your personal data, but intends to communicate such data to internal figures authorised to process it by virtue of their respective duties, as well as to sales agents and professionals or service companies, in addition to public and private bodies, including following inspections and audits.

Such recipients, where they process data on behalf of the Data Controller, shall be appointed as data processors by means of a specific contract or other legal document.

Transfer of personal data to a third country and/or an international organisation

Your personal data shall not be transferred to third countries outside of Europe or to international organisations.

Rights of the data subjects

The data subject is entitled to submit a request to the Data Controller to access his/her personal data and to correct such data if inaccurate, to delete or limit the processing of the data if the necessary conditions are not met, to oppose the processing of the data for legitimate interests pursued by the Data Controller, as well as to obtain the portability of data provided by them, only if subject to automated data processing means based on consent or on a contract. The data subject is also entitled to withdraw his/her consent to the processing of data for purposes requiring the same, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the data processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
