One of the most prestigious projects executed this year is undoubtedly ROSHN in Riyadh – KSA.
ROSHN is a government body created with the aim of developing new residential communities, using high quality urban planning concepts. ROSHN thus becomes a strategic player in Saudi Arabia’s socio-economic development path within VISION 2030.
For its new headquarters, ROSHN has chosen the PIF tower in the futuristic KAFD (the new business district of RIYADH). The PIF tower designed by HOK and completed in 2020, is definitely the most iconic building in the skyline of the new Riyadh with its 380 m and 80 floors.
Martex, in collaboration with its partner GROUP C1, has been appointed to supply the furniture which includes over 300 PIGRECO workstations, tables for the collaborative areas, HAN meeting rooms with mirrored grain Nero Marquina marble tops, ANYWARE managerial offices and KYO collection for executive offices and CEO’s office.
