Martex develops its vision of the workplace through two fundamental concepts: Biophilic Design and La Piazza®.

• Biophilic Design reconnects people with nature through principles that influence perception, comfort, and environmental quality — an approach that balance and wellbeing.
• La Piazza®, on the other hand, reinterprets the workplace as a social ecosystem: an open and dynamic environment where people meet, connect, and share experiences. Not simply an office, but a connected human community.
