Environmental goals achieved concerning the most important environmental
aspects (energy, water and emissions):
• 83.8% reduction in VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds) emissions into the atmosphere for matt lacquer products obtained using water-based lacquers.
• 48% reduction in electrical energy consumption regarding the filtering sub-station of the lacquering department.
• 47% reduction in the quantity of liquid waste (water suspensions) from washing operations carried out on the water-based lacque ring system using a specific treatment process.
• Waste – Waste sorting collection with 100% waste recycled.
• We invest 5% in resources to find eco-friendly ways of saving.
